Our volunteer leaders in Dulles South are mostly working professionals who give up their free time​ and enter into the lives of students​ on a regular basis.

We love Jesus and desire to introduce students to Him and help them grow in their faith.

We love these students​ just as they are, no matter their decision or choice.

Our Committee

Adults in the community who love Jesus and care about kids

The Committee is the backbone of Young Life in the community.

They partner with staff in caring for leaders, being advocates in schools and neighborhoods, and fundraising​ to ensure the ministry continues.

Stephanie Ulan

AREA DIRECTOR

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience leading Young Life and has been the Area Director in Dulles South for over 15 years. She oversees the development of YL in the area.

Jocelyn Snader

ASSOCIATE AREA DIRECTOR

For the last year, Jocelyn ​ has focused on building ministry at Freedom High School. This year she is also leading the effort to prayerfully launch Capernaum ministry, creating space for adolescents with disabilities to be fully engaged in YL across Dulles South.

Will Peay

STAFF ASSOCIATE

Will joined the Dulles South Young Life team this year and is focused on building our WyldLife ministry to middle school students. ​ Will is originally from Williamsburg, where he has been involved with Young Life for the past eight years.
